Disc golf, is a disc game in which individual players throw a flying disc into a basket, net or at a target. The object of the game is to play a course from beginning to end in the fewest number of throws of the disc. Players usually use a minimum of 3 types of disc during play. A driver disc which is stable, fast and straight flying for long distances. A midrange disc that is designed to fly straight but with great accuracy and a putter disc designed to be stable and fly straight and true while being made out of softer material for better sticking in golf hole targets with less bounce outs. In between these three styles of disc are a large variety of hybrid discs designed for particular wind conditions and functions such as different degrees of curve one way or another.
